Description

Combi AdventureWagen Tintop from 1971 in perfect condition.

Very rare and very original Volkswagen bus fitted out by AdventureWagen in the United States. This OEM is best known for its highroof-based conversions. But here we have a new version called “tintop”, without pop-up roof or raised roof.

This camper van is from Colorado. Or it has always been owned by the same family who have meticulously maintained it.

Its body only received a coat of paint and we only had the front face redone. Indeed it had a slight dent due to the spare wheel.

The underside is still in its original paint and shows no trace of corrosion.

We have checked and replaced the wearing parts of all of its mechanics. Its engine is in good health and runs wonderfully, as does its gearbox.

As a 1971 model, it benefits from power-assisted front disc brakes. This modern braking system makes it very easy and safer to use.

The interior of this camper van is in perfect condition. The original headliner from the Deluxe models of the VW range has no tears, which is rare. All side and door trim panels are original. They are in very good condition for this 50 year old vw combi.

We have restored all of its upholstery. The front seats and the rear bench seat have had their upholstery replaced with very comfortable foam.

Do you want to stand out from the eternal Westfalia or Riviera combi? This magnificent AdventureWagen Tintop campervan is made for you. It is available now for a test drive.
